๐About the Partner Organisations
Black Growth CIC is a grassroots Black-British led organisation creating safe spaces for the social and economic empowerment for the Black community in environmentalism and agriculture. We host cultural events, have started a market garden in Croydon in partnership with Roots Allotments, and engage in advocacy in order to center Black and global majority communities in the food and land justice movement.
Brockwell Park Community Greenhouses (BPCG) is a community garden in the centre of Lambethโs Brockwell Park. We want to create a garden where all can learn, play and grow together. At BPCG, people learn about conserving the environment and wildlife, to appreciate nature and to understand organic gardening and food growing โ and all in a very friendly community spirit.
Nika’s Kitchen Annika Jaramillo is a fully qualified chef, nutritional therapist and integrated health coach specialising in plant based wholesome foods.
